We’re here for your four-legged family members.
Our services have been specifically developed to support a lifetime of good health for our patients. From ongoing wellness care to advanced diagnostics to surgery and everything in between, we’ve got you covered.
From the first visit and throughout their entire life, we’ll be there to provide the absolute best care for your pet. Our pet preventive health care measures can maximize the fullness of that life, both in terms of what your pet can do and for how long.
We recommend annual wellness exams to keep our patients feeling their best! During a wellness exam, we will discuss your pet’s medical history and all current concerns. Our doctors will conduct a full-body, head-to-tail exam to get to know your pet and their needs. We will be able to answer all of your questions, address your concerns, and create a wellness plan tailored specifically to your dog or cat.
Our on-site groomer Lori has been providing grooming and bathing services for over 35 years.

Pets cannot tell us when something feels off, and it’s not always easy to tell what’s wrong just from a typical wellness exam. That’s why we use technology and other diagnostic tools to get to the correct answer as quickly as possible. We do things like blood and urine tests, X-rays, ultrasound, and more to get to the answer quickly.
We also perform rhinoscopies to examine the nasal cavity and laparoscopies to examine the abdominal cavity. The faster we’re able to provide a diagnosis, the sooner we can begin treatment and help your beloved pet feel better.
Laser therapy is a painless, non-invasive form of treatment that stimulates the body’s natural healing and pain control response. It can be used as a standalone therapy or as a complement to other treatment methods. Using a small handheld device, the doctor applies a low-level laser to the area in question, stimulating normal cellular function. This results in faster wound healing and enhanced pain relief. Best of all, because laser therapy requires no medication or surgery, there are no harmful side effects.
Many of the diseases and illnesses that can affect dogs and cats are preventable with a proper pet vaccination protocol.
Vaccines are special proteins that prime the immune system to fight off specific infections. They work in two ways: to reduce the severity of such diseases should they strike or to completely prevent infection.
There are several diseases that can afflict cats and dogs, but most pets can be protected from the worst of them if they are vaccinated properly. For dogs, these include parvovirus, distemper, and infectious hepatitis. For cats, these include panleukopaenia, feline herpesvirus, and feline calicivirus; for outdoor cats, protection can include feline immunodeficiency virus and feline leukemia virus.
Once contracted, these illnesses can prove to be painful, distressing, and even fatal. Luckily, most of these illnesses can be prevented with vaccination.
According to the American Veterinary Dental Society, 70% of adult cats and 80% of adult dogs show symptoms of oral disease. Did you know that poor oral health can lead to infections that can spread through the bloodstream to affect major organs, such as your pet’s liver, kidneys, and heart?
We are proud that we have the most up-to-date equipment to treat dental disease, including digital dental X-rays. This allows us to detect if there is any disease beneath the gum line that we would not be able to see otherwise. We are often able to see undetected abscesses, broken teeth, resorbed roots, retained roots, and more thanks to dental radiographs.
Our hospital is able to process a wide array of diagnostic laboratory tests with our in-house laboratory.
Our tests include things like:
- Blood tests
- Urine tests
- Fecal tests
- Parasite tests
- Digital X-rays
- …and more!
We provide surgical options in a clean and safe environment. Most importantly, our veterinary team can closely track each animal’s vital condition during surgery.
Soft tissue surgery is a large subject, as it comprises any surgery that is not orthopedic. Procedures can range from simple cyst removals to complex and involved operations. Areas covered include ear, nose, and throat; cardiothoracic; hepatic; gastrointestinal; urogenital; skin reconstructive; and oncological surgeries.
